Location : Our cuvée is made up of two small plots.
It is the "star" wine of the estate, where we produce 3 barrels of 228 liters in the best years.

Tasting note : More lemon than lime in colour. More backward than Folatières, but more complex, in bouquet. A little stricter and more structured, with adequate intensity. A few waves of flavour backed by correct oaking, with a fine long finish. His two plots are well situated, higher up. Drink from 2029-2035.
