Location : This wine is produced from old vines mainly located in Puligny-Montrachet.
Two plots make up the cuvée: Corvée aux moines and the Courtis de Mipon.

Tasting note : A fresh lemon and lime colour. This is not a “Les Aligoteurs” type Aligoté, more classic but really rather fine. Lovely balance, the oak has done this a lot of good (no new wood) and with a fine long elegant finish. Raised to 12% from 11.4%, but does not need any more. Drink from 2025-2028.
